The rooms at Alloggi Sardegna are cozy and comfortable, with a homey feel. I loved the wood-beamed ceilings and the double bed, which made me feel like I was in a charming Italian cottage. The en suite shower was a nice touch, and the WiFi was a convenient bonus.
Personally, I found the individually regulated air conditioning a bit tricky to figure out. But hey, everyone has their own preferences, right?

Maria, the host, was very friendly. Although we do not speak any Italian and she does not speak any English, she was very welcoming and recommended some fantastic local restaurants which she even frequents herself.
There is no lift, but that it is to be expected in some of these older buildings. There was no internet. The breakfast was basic, but sufficient.

Lovely room, great location, quiet.
The breakfast...I expected more that tea or coffee, a packet of dried rusk type product and an inedible packeted croissant. To me that is not breakfast and it dissapointed me

Although the owner was not able to speak English she was a lovely lady. She was very helpful to us and showed us how work everything in our room. The room was just as showed in the photo in the website and the bed was comfortable. She gave us a room on the ground floor as requested because my husband has a bad back and there was a powerpoint for my husand to use his cpap machine. Also it was a bit hard to find and we got soaked in a rainstorm when we arrived in Venice. Some of our clothes got wet in our suitcase so we had to hang them up around our room and leave the airconditioning on to dry them. She did not mind this as was understanding to our predicament. I did also ask her if there was laundry nearby so I could get them dry if they I needed to and she took me to it so I knew where to go.
The only cons I can think of is that the breakfast was a bit small and the place was a bit hard to find. This however was probably due to the fact that we decided to get to Venice by plane instead of train so this changed the route we had to take to get to the apartment. I would throughly recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to stay in Venice. The area was lovely to stay in and the hostess was excellent.

The room, though small, was very cozy and with a Venetian atmosphere. The breakfast was brought to our room.
The breakfast was rather poor: coffee, some croissants (the kind you buy from supermarkets, not home made) and jam. Another slight disadvantage was that the lady at the reception spoke very little English, but she was very nice and we managed to communicate in some way :).

The location is amazing, just a short walk from the best ferry terminal. The room was super clean and well-maintained, with cute old-styled furniture. The staff, although they didn't speak much English, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The walk to the train station and main attractions was very manageable. The owner went out of their way to guide us to a cheap supermarket and delicious pizza place. Only downside was the loud nights, but that's to be expected in such a perfect location. a mind-blowing experience!

The rooms at Alloggi Sardegna were cozy and comfortable, with individually regulated air conditioning and central heating. I loved the wood-beamed ceilings, which added a rustic charm to the space. The private bathroom came equipped with a hairdryer and toiletries, making it convenient for my stay. Plus, the double bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.
Personally, I found the TV in the room to be a bit outdated. But hey, everyone has different preferences, right?

Wie thought the hotel was very clean. We slept in a small beautiful little room. The hotel had a great price and was in a good location. The owner was friendly and helpful.
Our only critisism would be that the breakfast was very simple. Of course that is subjective.

Great value for money with comfortable rooms and helpful staff. The location is perfect, close enough to the city center but not too busy. Being able to leave our luggage after checking out was a bonus, allowing us to enjoy our last day without any hassle. The hotel is situated in a lively area with a good mix of locals and tourists, and there are plenty of shops and entertainment options nearby.
The noise in the room, especially on Saturdays. There was a bar nearby that stayed open until 2am, and the noise from customers standing outside our window and shouting and singing was very disruptive.

I loved exploring the Grand Canal and San Giuliano Park, and the 24-hour front desk was perfect for my spontaneous adventures. Babysitting services? Who needs them when you're on vacation?
I just adored having all the guests, including the children, present at check-in. So enjoyable.
